So Jonathan Ross tweets a bunch about how he hates the "new" Cybermen (and by that, I presuming the RTD-era Cybermen), and then a short while later posts "praise be to the moff". I'll take that as foundation enough to start the speculation that Moff's been in touch and promised to bring back proper Mondasian Cyberbastards. Or he's started a religion based on the worship of Peter Cushing. One or the other.
